Description

384 IQ SQ plates are Imager-Quality Standard Volume plates that are available with either 100 or 188 micron thick film bottoms. Available in Black, White or Clear, these plates have Standard Volume (126μL) square wells and are available in EB-format- with perimeter wells that can be filled to help prevent differential liquid evaporation from the edge wells. 384 IQ EB plates are available Tissue-Culture Treated for assays using cells with a 7.5 mm2 bottom surface area and a 2mm well bottom height. These Film-Bottom plates are suitable for larger-surface-area Imaging applications and are compatible with a variety of Microscope Imaging Systems. All Aurora plates are available with standard or custom bar-coding.
